Ebusua Dwarfs FC continued their impressive run in the Ghana Division One League Zone Two B after securing a hard-fought 3–2 away victory over Rospak Sporting Club at the Takwa DNA Park. The result marks Dwarfs’ second away win of the campaign and showcased their growing confidence as promotion contenders.
The match delivered excitement from start to finish, with both sides pressing for dominance. Ebusua Dwarfs displayed early intent, combining well in midfield and stretching the Rospak defense with swift attacking transitions. Their efforts paid off as Dwarfs found the back of the net on multiple occasions, keeping themselves ahead in the contest.
Rospak Sporting Club, however, fought back fiercely and were handed two golden opportunities to draw level from the penalty spot. But the moment of the game—and perhaps the game-changer—came in the 96th minute when Dwarfs goalkeeper Caesar produced a heroic save to deny Frederick Twumasi from scoring his second penalty of the match. The stoppage-time penalty save preserved Dwarfs’ narrow lead and sealed a memorable away triumph.
In a match filled with tension, goals, and drama, one player stood out above the rest. Ebusua Dwarfs captain Emmanuel Osie delivered a commanding performance, orchestrating play and providing leadership throughout the encounter. His exceptional display earned him the Man of the Match award.
The victory lifts Ebusua Dwarfs higher in the Zone Two B standings as they continue to build momentum in their quest for promotion. Fans of the “Crabs” will undoubtedly celebrate this crucial away win, made possible by grit, determination, and a late moment of brilliance from goalkeeper Caesar.
