The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has announced that fixtures for the 2025/26 Access Bank Division One League will be published on Wednesday, August 20, 2025.
The complete schedule covering all three zones will be available on the Association’s official website (www.ghanafa.org) and across its social media platforms. This early release is expected to help participating clubs adequately plan for the campaign.
The new season is scheduled to kick off nationwide from Friday, September 26, to Monday, September 29, 2025. According to the GFA, the timeline is designed to ensure that all domestic competitions conclude before the start of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which will occur from June 11 to July 19, 2026.
A total of 10 newly qualified clubs will join the second tier this season. They include:
